As a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer - C#, you will deliver high-quality applications that meet user needs and business goals. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining web software using modern technologies and best practices. You will also provide technical guidance, mentorship, and feedback to other developers in the team.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging the cloud-based applications.
  • Manage ongoing and new projects as they appear; plan sprints, manage deadlines with the team and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Optimise software for maintainability, quality, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the team, setting clear expectations and objectives.
  • Train, mentor and coach developers at all career levels, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as design, user research, product management, and data engineering and data science, to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and users, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall technology function regarding infrastructure, shared knowledge and continuous improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ yearsof experience in software development.
  • 4+ years of Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRMDevelopment using C#.
  • Experience with building, managing and automated deployments of Dynamics customisations.
  • Experience with managing, deploying and integrating C# services within Dynamics(Workflows/PowerAutomate and Azure Functions).
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Strong experience with designing, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with software design patternsand SOLID principles.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Produce innovative technical design and technical specifications.
  • Ability to work and communicate clearly and efficiently with team members.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with enterprise-scale systems is a major plus.
  • Experience with integration testing is good to have.
