Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations of the retail store/branch.
  • Record sales, purchase, expenses, and petty cash transactions accurately.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and receipts generation.
  • Support in maintaining ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
  • Assist with GST, TDS entries and support in filing returns.
  • Perform stock reconciliation with accounts.
  • Maintain vendor and customer payment records.
  • Coordinate with store managers for daily sales reports and deposit entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Tally ERP/Accounting Software
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Payroll & Bank Reconciliation
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Must B.com graduate
