Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring statutory compliance, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the accounts department, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
  • Prepare, finalize, and review financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
  • Implement internal financial controls and ensure process improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis, risk assessment, and cost-saving recommendations to management.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor performance of junior accounting staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting .
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
