Accountant - Junior

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting tasks
- Support senior accountants with various accounting projects and tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
