To design, develop, and maintain intelligent conversational experiences using Salesforce Einstein Bots and Agentforce. This role involves building scalable and efficient bot workflows, integrating with Salesforce data and services, and ensuring high-quality user experiences across digital channels.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Bots and Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Aura Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models (Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Custom Objects).
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel and Live Agent.
- Ability to manage user access, roles, and permissions within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with bot analytics, NLP tuning, and conversational design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data integration, API development, and third-party service integration.
