Job Summary:

We're hiring
Salesforce Agentforce Engineers
with strong hands-on experience and over 5 years in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of
Apex
programming to build and enhance custom functionalities. Familiarity with
Salesforce Agent Console (AgentForce)
is mandatory.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in
    Apex
    for custom development (triggers, classes, Visualforce).
  • Experience with case management, workflows, and Service Cloud features.
  • Experience with
    AgentForce (Salesforce Agent Console)
    is required.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Agentforce, Admin, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning components (Aura or LWC).
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for Salesforce integration.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (like Gearset, Copado, or similar).
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
