Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive located in Gurugram. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products and services, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying technical issues, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with other departments to improve our services. The role also involves monitoring and maintaining the functionality of our digital communication solutions.
