JEE Mains Mathematics Faculty

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Qualification Requirements (Mandatory)

We strictly require candidates from Top Engineering Institutions, such as:

  • IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology)
  • NITs (National Institutes of Technology)
  • Tier-1 Engineering Colleges (BITS, VJTI, COEP, ICT, SRM, MIT, etc.)

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Mathematics.
  • High-level problem-solving capability.
  • Prior experience in JEE teaching is highly preferred.

Job ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Delivery

  • Teach JEE Mains Mathematics with strong conceptual clarity.
  • Deliver lectures aligned with latest JEE exam patterns & difficulty levels.
  • Prepare students for high-level problem solving (Moderate → Advanced).
  • Conduct in-depth doubt-solving sessions for weak & advanced students.
  • Use structured teaching methodology (theory → solved examples → exercises).

Content Development

  • Prepare chapter-wise notes, assignments, worksheets & practice questions.
  • Create topic-wise and full-length JEE test papers.
  • Analyse PYQs and update material according to trends.

Student Analysis

  • Evaluate student performance through tests & tracking tools.
  • Identify weak areas and design improvement plans.
  • Support academic team with weekly performance reporting.

Classroom & Academic Discipline

  • Maintain strict academic discipline and classroom engagement.
  • Ensure timely syllabus completion according to institute planning.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong command over Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry & Trigonometry.
  • Excellent explanation skills with logical step-by-step breakdowns.
  • Updated knowledge of JEE Mains pattern & question trends.
  • Patience and motivation to guide aspirants effectively.
  • Professional communication & classroom management.
  • Ability to develop competitive-level study material.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of JEE coaching experience preferred.
  • Fresh IIT/NIT graduates with strong aptitude & teaching passion are welcome.
