Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Engage inbound leads from website, campaigns, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Run targeted outbound outreach to HR managers, startup founders, and SMEs.
- Qualify prospects based on company size, HR needs, and budgets.
2. Product Demo & Solution Selling
- Conduct structured demos of PPLSync HRMS platform.
- Understand HR pain points (payroll errors, compliance issues, hiring delays).
- Position the right subscription plan and show exact ROI & operational efficiency.
- Push conversions to closure with consistent follow-up.
3. Customer Requirement Mapping
- Identify specific module needs:
- ATS (recruitment)
- Payroll & attendance
- PMS
- Compliance automation
- Employee self-service
- Work with the product/tech team on customization queries.
4. Onboarding & Activation Support
- Help new clients complete setup (employee data upload, payroll configuration, policy mapping).
- Ensure the customer activates and starts using all modules within 7–14 days.
- Coordinate with the customer success team.
5. Sales Reporting & CRM Discipline
- Maintain accurate sales funnels, lead notes, and follow-up history.
- Share daily/weekly MIS reports on demos, closures, and pipeline status.
6. Market Intelligence
- Track competitors (Keka, Zoho People, greytHR, Darwinbox, etc.).
- Identify industry segments with high opportunity (IT services, schools, retail, manufacturing, startups).

- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated
- Activation success (clients going live within SLA)

- Cross-sell (adding new modules to existing clients)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
- 0–4 years experience in SaaS sales, HR-tech, B2B sales OR strong aptitude to learn.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to learn product modules deeply and explain them simply.
- Strong follow-up discipline with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of HR workflows (payroll, attendance, hiring) is a bonus.
