Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- experience with CRM tools
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the transportation or mobility sector is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Similar industry experience would be an advantage
