Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Whitefield, Bengaluru for an Ares Property Manager - Executive.
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing property operations, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, handling rental agreements, and ensuring timely rent collection. The role also involves marketing rental properties, conducting property inspections, and providing exceptional customer service to both homeowners and tenants.

Qualifications

  • Property Management, Tenant Relations, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance, handling rental agreements, and rent collection
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Marketing and Property Inspection skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • 1 year of Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
  • The salary will range from 25k to 30k, with additional incentive earning opportunities. A normal, decent performer can earn between 25k to 50k, while outstanding and high performers who achieve targets can earn from 1 lakh to 2 lakhs.
