2) Strong Customer Interaction - Should be able to handle all kind of customers. ie. face to face interaction

3) Good Product Knowledge - Should be able to handle jewelry counters independently

4) Know the market and competitor - Should be passionate and comfortable to work in sales department

5) Grooming & self learning - Should be presentable with properly groomed and willing to learn

6) Experience - Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Jewellery Industry
