  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement the company's long-term and short-term marketing strategies, goals, and budgets.
  • Brand management: Shape and maintain the brand's image, positioning, and message across all channels.
  • Campaign execution: Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and advertising.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs and trends.
  • Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, particularly sales and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy.
