- Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prospect for new business and manage client accounts.
- Performance and analysis: Monitor sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports and present progress to senior management.
- Brand representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications and skills
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, often with a minimum of 5+ years in a related field.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing techniques, as well as current market trends.
- Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
