Job Description
We are seeking a City Head to lead and scale our real estate business in Chennai. This is a high-impact leadership role for a result-oriented professional who can drive sales, build teams, and establish strong client relationships while expanding our presence in the city.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the city's business operations, including sales, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
Develop strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Foster strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and premium clients.
Ensure seamless site visits, negotiations, and deal closures for large-ticket transactions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches to identify opportunities.
Represent the company in networking forums, client meetings, and industry events.
Report directly to senior leadership and align city-level strategies with organizational goals.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or related fields.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling teams.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive growth.
