Role Overview: You will be joining an industry-leading organization in the Building Materials and Industrial Automation sectors with a focus on delivering innovative solutions, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a Sales & Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead strategic sales initiatives and expand market presence in India. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the building materials and industrial automation markets. - Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies and business development plans to drive revenue growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. - Negotiate contracts to meet client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and business development within the building materials or industrial automation industries. - Strong expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, negotiation, and contract management. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Track record of delivering measurable revenue growth and maintaining strategic client relationships. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a must. - Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline and experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies.,
