About the Role

As an HR Executive, you'll be a key player supporting our human capital in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your efforts will help Krono continue building a performance-driven, collaborative, and creative workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job postings to screening, interviewing, and hiring in sync with departmental growth requirements.
  • Streamline on boarding processes prepare offer letters, organize joining formalities, conduct inductions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries across HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as team events, feedback sessions, and wellness programs to sustain a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Support performance review cycles coordinate forms, timelines, and feedback processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, Assist with payroll and attendance systems in collaboration with seniors.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support data-driven improvements in HR practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in HR/generalist role, preferably within an agency or fast-growing organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, with proficiency in digital tools and HR softwares.
  • Discretion with confidentiality, high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
