Job Summary

As a
Social Media Account Manager
, you will:

  • Manage
    client communication and social media accounts
    to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work closely with the
    Social Media Strategist, creative teams, and clients
    to coordinate deliverables.
  • Maintain timelines, uphold quality standards, and oversee
    digital campaigns
    .
  • Build strong
    client relationships
    and ensure alignment with campaign strategies.
  • Drive collaboration between internal teams and clients for successful execution.

Note:
The role requires the candidate to work from the
Kochi office for 3–4 months
, after which they will
relocate to the Dubai office
.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for clients on social media projects.
  • Manage day-to-day
    client communication, updates, and feedback loops
    .
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the
    Social Media Strategist
    to understand and implement campaign strategies.
  • Handle
    content calendars, approvals, reports, and client queries
    .
  • Ensure
    deadlines and quality standards
    are consistently met.

Required Skills

  • Background in
    digital marketing / social media agencies
    (client servicing / account management).
  • Strong
    communication and coordination skills
    – confident in handling clients directly.
  • Experience managing
    multiple social media accounts and campaigns
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    social media platforms and strategy
    (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Highly
    organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
    in follow-ups.
