Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to manage client accounts and lead digital strategies that deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media strategy & content planning, client communication, and campaign reporting—preferably within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client social media accounts across platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule monthly social media content calendars.
• Develop, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams for content development and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of activities.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to inform strategies.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and ad campaigns within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement.
• Excellent skills in creating, presenting, and interpreting campaign reports.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Portfolio of past campaigns and social media projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other creative tools (a plus, not mandatory).
• Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
