Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Professional
to manage, customize, and optimize CRM systems for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and a solution-driven approach to deliver efficient business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments, including user accounts and security roles.
  • Customize and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Handle data management — imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Support integrations with ERP, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply system updates.
  • Build and maintain workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate flows.
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards using CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2+ years of hands-on experience
    with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform and CRM architecture.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
