Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Schengen Visa Filing Expert who understands the ins and outs of visa documentation, embassy requirements, appointment processes, and rejection trends. You'll be the go-to specialist for high-touch cases and play a key role in improving our AI workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end handling of Schengen visa cases (tourist, business, family visit)
  • Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with VFS, embassies, and consulates
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex visa issues
  • Train support staff and assist in building automated knowledge systems
  • Stay up-to-date with changing visa rules and requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Schengen visa filing
  • Deep understanding of embassy-specific documentation rules (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.)
  • Prior experience with VFS Global and consular processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms
  • Bonus: Experience working with visa agencies or travel tech startups
