Responsibilities:

  • Design and sell customized holiday packages.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel logistics.
  • Handle client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday package sales.
  • Strong destination knowledge (India & International).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Reservation Executive (Air Ticketing, Hotel Booking & Ground Arrangements)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings.
  • Coordinate hotel reservations and ground transport.
  • Ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel and transport booking platforms.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

3. Visa Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with visa documentation and application processes.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations and embassy requirements.
  • Liaise with consulates and visa centers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in visa processing (Schengen, US, UK, etc.).
  • Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.

4. Accounts Officer (Travel Industry Background)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Requirements:

  • Experience in travel industry accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, etc.).
  • Knowledge of travel-related financial practices.
