Summary of Position:
CG Infinity is looking for a
Senior Accountant
to join our team in our Noida office. The person will manage all accounting procedures to ensure CG Infinity's overall financial health. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail and deep knowledge of regional laws/regulations.

Years of experience : 4-5 years
Responsibilities
:

Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable including invoice validation, approvals, vendor payments, monthly reconciliations & reimbursements.

  • Finalize month-end close activities, including accruals and adjustments, and prepare monthly prepaid expense reports, TDS and GST payments
  • Record daily banking transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations while resolving open items promptly
  • Handle procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness through vendor negotiations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor queries, dispute resolutions, and payment clarifications, while supporting audits and ensuring compliance with GST and banking regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel and sound knowledge of accounting principles
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in maintaining accounts
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills for effective vendor and bank coordination
