Job Description – Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager

Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Marketing / Brand Management

Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive business growth. The role includes managing campaigns across multiple platforms, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring optimal utilization of marketing budgets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage domestic and international exhibitions/trade shows.
  • Develop and direct social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
  • Manage contracts and execution for print media advertising.
  • Create and oversee promotional content, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistency and strong market positioning.
  • Conduct competition analysis and benchmarking.
  • Monitor, track, and report the performance of campaigns, SEO, and digital initiatives.
  • Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.
