Job Title : International Backend

Fluent English is Mandatory.

Available shifts: ( 3:00PM - 11:00PM & 11:00PM - 7:00AM)

-->Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • check in/check out.

  • Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel.

  • Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner

  • Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls.

  • Deal with queries and provide correct information

  • Take reservations

  • Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations

  • Handle and resolve guest complaints

  • Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest's reservation, hotel amenities, driving

directions, area information, billing questions, etc.

-Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.

-->Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

  • knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Be able to work overnight

Salary : 18,000-30,000
