**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Data Management:
Accurately enter and maintain customer and sales data into the CRM system.

Update customer information, sales orders, and inventory records as needed.

Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM database.
- Order Processing:
Process incoming sales orders promptly and accurately.

Verify order details, product availability, and pricing before order confirmation.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communication:
Assist sales representatives in communicating order status, delivery updates, and other relevant information to customers.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues or redirecting them to the appropriate department.
- Documentation:
Prepare and maintain necessary sales-related documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinating Sales Activities:
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
- Supporting Sales Strategies:
Collaborate with the sales manager to execute sales strategies and achieve targets.

Provide input on customer preferences and market trends based on data analysis.
- Customer Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs professionally.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless business operations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
