Business Development Executive – sale (Male)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: South Tamil Nadu (Field-based travel to hospitals)
Languages Required: Tamil, English (knowledge of other South Indian languages is an added advantage)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our brand, explain our services to hospital management teams, and drive business growth across South Tamil Nadu. The role involves building strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and positioning our company as a trusted partner for their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel across South Tamil Nadu to meet with hospital administrators and decision-makers.
- Present and explain the company's solutions, services, and growth strategies to clients.
- Develop strong client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Identify business opportunities and close new deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Contribute to developing new strategies to enhance the company's brand presence in the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
- Male candidate, willing to travel extensively across South Tamil Nadu.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent decision-making and time-management abilities.
- Background in Business Management (student or graduate preferred).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and handle client discussions confidently.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary plus incentives based on performance.
