Job description

Project Planning & Coordination :-

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, design team to develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and also review, interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  • Preparing Weekly and Monthly Progress report of the Projects to officials inclusive of Design, Procurement, Site Progress, Schedule, Cash Flow Status and Contract Variations

Site Supervision & Execution:-

  • Roads (CC/BT): Supervise the quality of sub-base preparation, WMM, GSB, concrete paving (CC roads), and asphalt laying (BT roads), including camber, levels, and compaction

  • Electrical (OH/Underground): Coordinate and supervise the installation of overhead and underground electrical infrastructure, including trenching, conduit laying, cable pulling, transformer plinths, and earthing, ensuring compliance with safety norms

  • Lightning Systems : Oversee the installation of street lighting systems, including foundation work for GI or designer poles, cable laying, fixture mounting and commissioning

  • Excavation Works: Supervise all excavation activities for roads, tanks, sump pits, utility trenches, foundations, basements, and general site grading, ensuring proper shoring, dewatering (if required), and spoil disposal in accordance with safety standards.

  • Sewage & Drainage: Manage the construction of sewage collection networks, storm water drains, culverts, and manholes, ensuring correct gradients and testing for water tightness.

  • Boundary Wall: Supervise the construction of boundary walls, including foundation,masonry/precast panel erection, plastering, and coping, ensuring structural integrity

  • Pavement: Oversee the laying of various types of pavements (e.g., interlock blocks, concrete slabs, pavers, kerb stones, tiles et.,) for pedestrian pathways and common areas, ensuring proper base preparation, levels, and finishing.

  • Water Storage / Sump Tank: Supervise the construction of underground/overhead water storage tanks and sumps, including excavation, PCC, RCC work, waterproofing, and testing.

  • Avenue Plantation: Coordinate and supervise the execution of avenue plantation works, including pit excavation, soil conditioning, sapling planting, and initial watering systems.

  • Recreational Zones: Oversee the civil works related to the development of recreational zones, including sports courts, playgrounds, landscaping elements, and seating areas

Key Skills

  • Ability to work Anywhere in INDIA
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and basic design understanding.
