to join our dynamic team and oversee on-site construction activities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and managing on-site operations. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordinating with contractors, and supervising construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out as per design, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for management review.
  • Verify materials delivered to site and ensure they meet project standards and BOQ requirements.
  • Handle site measurements, bar bending schedules (BBS), and bill verification.
  • Identify technical issues at site and liaise with project managers/consultants for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain proper documentation of drawings, quality records, and site correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of relevant site experience
    in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under strict deadlines.
