Key duties include performing site inspections, tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, managing project budgets and resources, and preparing progress reports to ensure successful project completion within budget and time constraints. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans, designs, and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and quality requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements, and environmental guidelines.
  • Coordination: Liaise with and coordinate the efforts of architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resource Management: Manage and control project resources, including materials, equipment, and budgets.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and deficiencies that arise during construction.
  • Reporting: Monitor project progress, compile data, and prepare comprehensive site reports for management.
  • Documentation: Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and feasibility studies, and ensure all required technical files are maintained.
