Land Development and Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a senior civil engineer to join our team.
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore (Preferred) - Remote will be considered.
This role is ideal for professionals with 5–10 years of land development and site/civil engineering experience. They should have the ability to work on U.S.-based projects and mentor/lead the next generation of engineers.
Responsibilities include preparing land development & site civil engineering construction documents, performing site grading, earthwork analysis, drainage, and safety design, designing soil erosion & sediment control systems, preparing zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans, developing water & sewer plans based on U.S. local agency requirements, calculating quantities for construction cost estimates, reviewing and responding to agency comments for approvals, mentoring and supervising junior engineers/designers.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 5–10 years' experience in site/civil land development, expertise in MicroStation and AutoCAD a plus, strong communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong leadership skills, experience with U.S. projects or Maryland/Southern Maryland codes preferred but not required.
