We provide comprehensive IT infrastructure services for e-commerce and startups, covering the setup of open-source on-premises and cloud servers for database and web hosting needs. Our cloud monitoring services ensure that customers can maintain optimal network/server performance and service uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware (PCs, laptops, printers), software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems.
  • Assist with setting up new users, including hardware provisioning, software installations, and user account creation.
  • Document issues and resolutions using the internal ticketing system.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track assets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Support basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi connectivity, IP conflicts, etc.).
  • Assist in routine system maintenance and updates.
  • Follow company IT policies and procedures for security and data protection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (internships or training also considered).
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
