Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to lead inbound demand generation for brand onboarding. Your core objective will be to build a consistent pipeline of qualified inbound leads primarily from lifestyle and consumer brands, through LinkedIn, content marketing, thought leadership, and targeted paid/organic campaigns.

You'll work closely with the ISO and sales teams to ensure alignment on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and lead qualification frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute inbound campaigns to attract lifestyle/DTC brands across key Glance AI markets.
  • Develop and optimize lead generation funnels using LinkedIn (organic + paid), Meta, YouTube, and relevant B2B platforms.
  • Own performance metrics including cost-per-lead (CPL), lead quality, engagement rates, and conversion to sales pipeline.
  • Build brand-facing content and thought leadership to showcase Glance AI as a category-defining commerce platform.
  • Craft compelling messaging for founders, brand marketers, and growth leads of DTC/lifestyle brands.
  • Launch and optimize targeted paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads). Test different hooks, formats, and CTAs to drive maximum conversion across brand decision-makers.
  • Work closely with ISO, BDR, and sales leadership to continuously refine ideal customer profile, lead scoring, and funnel velocity.

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, performance marketing, or platform onboarding roles. Exposure to US market is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing (organic and paid) for B2B or DTC brand acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle and performance marketing funnels.
  • Ability to write persuasive, brand-empathetic content for founder/marketer personas.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and low-code landing page tools (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce).
  • Experience in fast-paced startups or navigating ambiguous environments, particularly within global or multi-market contexts, is highly preferred.
