Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Siliguri for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales and performance reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Growth
  • Experience in Managing Teams and Building Client Relationships
  • Proficient in Market Analysis, Trend Identification, and Competitor Research
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet goals and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the education or consultancy sector is advantageous
