About the Role

Urban Hawk Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Area Officer / Operations Manager to lead and supervise large-scale on-ground operations across multiple client locations.

The ideal candidate will be someone with strong leadership skills, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to manage 1000+ security and facility personnel with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily security and facility operations across all assigned sites.

Manage and monitor a workforce of 1000+ personnel, ensuring punctuality, deployment accuracy, and discipline.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and operational audits.

Ensure timely reporting, incident documentation, and professional email communication with clients and management.

Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Operations teams for manpower planning, attendance, and training needs.

Maintain client satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and professional service support.

Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and deployment charts for efficient operations.

Uphold Urban Hawk's standards of discipline, integrity, and service excellence.

Skills & Requirements

3–8 years of experience in Security / Facility Management / Operations.

Proven ability to lead large teams (500+ staff) across multiple sites.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong command of reporting, emailing, and documentation tools (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

Quick problem-solving abilities and readiness to handle on-ground challenges.

Preference for candidates with prior experience in security or manpower operations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).

Additional certification in Security Management or Operations preferred.
