  • Prepare L1 documentation for direct orders on the GeM portal.
  • Conduct daily searches on the GeM portal for relevant tenders and download tender documents.
  • Prepare bid-related documents in specific formats as required.
  • Draft letters and communicate with relevant departments for tender modifications.
  • Prepare clarification letters and scan/upload them on the GeM portal.
  • Upload tender documents on the GeM portal using the buyer account.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to arrange Demand Drafts (DD) for various purposes and ensure timely submission.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree

· Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in tender management, preferably on the GeM portal.

· Strong understanding of tendering processes and documentation requirements.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

· Proficiency in using the GeM portal and other relevant software/tools.i

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,576.59 per month
