B. Employee Evaluation

· Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations

· Round of Every Departments

· Discuses the Individual performance of the Employees with HODs

· Deciding Parameters for Evaluate the Performance of the Employees, with the help of HODs

C. Employee Motivation

· Minimum Wages

· Overtime Payment or Leave

· Increment Process

· Organize the Events

D. Meetings

· Planning of Meeting with HODs

· Scheduling of Meeting

· Organize the Meeting

· Inform to all Employees

· Preparing the MOM

· To Send MOMs to all HODs

· To Ensure the Changes and Suggestion discussed in Meeting are to be followed by all employees

E. Salary Preparation

· Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality

· Check the Duty Schedule every Week

· CL Balance Check

· Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF Forms and PT Completion

· Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns,

· Formalities of UAN

F. Exit Formalities

· Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly

· Counseling of employee

· Feedback Form

· Preparing the Attrition Data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
