Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a
Regional Sales Manager, exp 15+ yrs
leading the North, East, and West regions. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, building relationships with distributors and retailers, identifying growth opportunities, setting sales targets, and monitoring team performance. Collaboration with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and ensuring alignment with company objectives are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Team Leadership within the FMCG sector
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and negotiating with distributors and retailers
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing multi-regional sales operations is a strong advantage
- Anyone willing to relocate from South can also apply.
