About the Role
Lead our revenue engine and build the partnerships that will define India's finance automation future. You'll own P&L responsibility while architecting growth strategies that turn market opportunity into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic market expansion across SMEs, accounting firms, and enterprise segments
- Build game-changing partnerships with financial service providers, SaaS platforms, and consulting firms
- Lead high-performing sales and business development teams
- Develop channel partner programs and API integration opportunities
- Translate market intelligence into product strategy and revenue growth
- Represent Finnovate AI as a thought leader in finance automation
What We're Looking For
We need a proven revenue architect with deep FinTech expertise and the network to match. You're someone who builds enterprise sales machines, closes deals others can't access, and attracts A-player teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years in SaaS business development or enterprise sales leadership
- Proven track record in fintech markets
- Strong network within accounting, finance, and consulting ecosystems
- Team building expertise with cross-functional leadership skills
- Strategic negotiation abilities with enterprise-level clients
