We are looking for an experienced data entry Executive who involves accurately inputting, verifying, and managing data into digital systems like databases and spreadsheets. Key responsibilities include preparing and sorting documents, correcting errors, maintaining confidentiality, and generating reports from the data. Essential skills for this role are high typing speed, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with software like the Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities

  • Data input: Accurately entering various types of data from source documents into computer systems.
  • Data verification: Reviewing information for accuracy and identifying or correcting any discrepancies or errors.
  • Data management: Organizing, updating, and maintaining digital databases and records.
  • Document handling: Preparing and sorting physical and digital documents before inputting data.
  • Reporting: Retrieving and generating reports from the data as requested by management or other departments.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with integrity and adhering to security policies.
  • Data backup: Performing regular backups to ensure data integrity and security.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Typing proficiency: High typing speed and accuracy are crucial.
  • Attention to detail: A strong focus on accuracy is essential to prevent mistakes.
  • Software knowledge: Proficiency in programs like Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with data entry software and databases.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to manage and organize files and information efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data.
