Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data and supporting various administrative functions.

Duties

  • Accurately input data into databases and ERP systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data sets.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as document preparation and office organization.
  • Ensure data accuracy by reviewing entries for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills.
  • Experience with databases and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
