Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability based on customer demand.Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
