Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory control. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing store performance, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership capabilities, creating an environment that fosters exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an outstanding experience to shoppers
  • Communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Store Management expertise to oversee daily operations and improve store performance
  • Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to monitor inventory and minimize discrepancies
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in retail management or a similar role is highly desirable
  • 35,000 to 40,000 CTC Per month.
