Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant - Retail Sales at Cai Store, located in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect footwear, providing personalized fashion advice, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will also contribute to maintaining the store's appearance and inventory, and participate in store events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills
- Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen sense of fashion and trend awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
