Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and implement company policies and procedures. The individual will be responsible for inventory management, maintaining store cleanliness, supervising staff, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management and knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
  • Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the retail or consumer services industry is a plus
