Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability based on customer demand.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
