Responsibilities Conduct video calls with customers for KYC verification and ensure high-quality service delivery.Verify customer documents accurately and efficiently in real time.Process financial transactions such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, FD, and RD.Manage Video KYC for banking, credit card, and loan customers.Cross-sell relevant bank products and services based on customer needs.Ensure strict compliance with process and regulatory standards.Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. Requirements Experience: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related roles.Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.Strong team player with adaptability and a positive attitude.Willingness to work in Day and Evening Shifts (No night shifts).Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
