Description

Venpa Global Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Video KYC / Customer Service Executive on behalf of IndusInd Bank in Chennai (Karapakkam).

This on-site opportunity offers the chance to work with one of India's leading private sector banks, assisting customers through video-based KYC verification and service support. The role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both English and Hindi, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct video calls with customers for KYC verification and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Verify customer documents accurately and efficiently in real time.
  • Process financial transactions such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, FD, and RD.
  • Manage Video KYC for banking, credit card, and loan customers.
  • Cross-sell relevant bank products and services based on customer needs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with process and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related roles.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong team player with adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in Day and Evening Shifts (No night shifts).
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
Compensation
  • Freshers: ₹3 LPA + Performance Bonus
  • Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5 LPA + Performance Bonus
