Venpa Global Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of **Video KYC / Customer Service Executive** on behalf of **IndusInd Bank** in Chennai (Karapakkam).

This on-site opportunity offers the chance to work with one of India’s leading private sector banks, assisting customers through video-based KYC verification and service support. The role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both English and Hindi, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **video calls** with customers for KYC verification and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Verify **customer documents** accurately and efficiently in real time.
- Process **financial transactions** such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, FD, and RD.
- Manage **Video KYC** for banking, credit card, and loan customers.
- ** Cross-sell** relevant bank products and services based on customer needs.
- Ensure strict **compliance** with process and regulatory standards.
- Identify and recommend **process improvements** to enhance service quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related roles.
- ** Languages**: Proficiency in **English and Hindi** (mandatory).
- Excellent **communication**, **customer handling**, and **problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong **team player** with adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in **Day and Evening Shifts** (No night shifts).
- ** Notice Period**: Immediate to 15 days.

**Compensation**:

- **Freshers**: ₹3 LPA + Performance Bonus
