Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling IT support tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.  Learn to troubleshoot basic computer problems under supervision.  Support in maintaining the knowledge base by documenting solutions to frequent issues. Help escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams. ⢠Provide remote and on-site support to end users for routine technical problems.
